The Learning Plan within the Teams app provides an intuitive way to track your progress. It’s organized into three categories:
- Planned Learning: View courses assigned to you or added for future completion.
- In Progress: Easily resume where you left off in courses currently underway.
- Completed Learning: Review courses you’ve finished to track your accomplishments.
Users can quickly log in using:
- Manual Credentials: Enter your JLMS URL, username, and password.
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Securely log in with one click using your Active Directory credential
When it’s time to start learning, the Teams app provides a smooth transition:
- Select a course from your library or Learning Plan.
- Launch the course content, which opens in a browser for a full LMS experience. This approach ensures compatibility with all course formats while maintaining a consistent experience.

While the Teams app already delivers powerful functionality, it’s just the beginning:
- ILT Booking: At this stage, users cannot book Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses directly within the app. This feature may be added in future updates.
- Browser-Based Course Launch: Although the app provides a seamless transition to the LMS browser for course content, full in-app course delivery could be explored in later versions.
How it works
Setting up and accessing the Teams app could not be easier.
1. Install the JLMS app in Teams.
Search for “JZero LMS” in the teams app store.
2. Log in via manual credentials or SSO.
Either add your login details or access via the “AD Login” option.
3. Access your library or Learning Plan.
Go to the Library or Learning Plan to access your content.
