- We minimise business travel by defaulting to virtual meetings and encourage the use of sustainable transport when travel is required.
- We reduce waste by operating a largely paperless business, reusing or recycling office materials, and responsibly managing electronic equipment at end-of-life.
- We partner with hosting and cloud services providers who share our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Our Carbon Reduction Goals
- Achieve a year-on-year reduction in CO₂ emissions from business operations.
- Transition to 100% renewable energy for our offices and hosting providers by 2035.
- Further reduce travel-related emissions by expanding remote-first operations and supporting staff in adopting low-carbon commuting.
Progress to Date
- We have already reduced office energy use through consolidation of space, investment in energy-efficient IT equipment, and implementation of power management policies.
- Business travel has reduced significantly since 2020, and virtual collaboration tools have been fully embedded into daily operations.
- Recycling rates have improved year on year, with paper usage reduced to near zero.
We recognise that reducing our carbon footprint is a continuous process. Our leadership team reviews progress annually, setting new targets and identifying further opportunities to operate more sustainably.
